Can’t get done at this time but was able to get a cortisone shot to help til this fall
The only thing I am constantly disappointed with is the length of the wait in the waiting room. 1-2 hrs is unacceptable, especially when it’s hard to sit or stand for long periods. Always standing room only. Scheduling 4 patients for the same appointment time is very inconsiderate. Wait time calling on the phone is terrible too. Maybe hire people just for phones.

Dr. Reiss is great at explaining issues associated with joint pain and arthritis. Provides insight and Pros-Cons on treatment options.
Concern and care for patient issues are addressed as best as possible.

Office visit went quickly. All staff that I had interaction with were kind and professional. Dr. Reiss is Phenomenal.
