Dr. Reiss was very understanding and kind.
Dr. Reiss is not only an outstanding physician as far as knowledge and skills are concerned. But I felt he truly cared about my knee pain and itsImpact on my quality of life. The surgery was two weeks ago and I feel remarkably well. I am forevergrateful for his care.
Monitoring knee replacement. Stable at this time; pain free.
Met with Dr. Reiss and quickly realized I was in good hands. He is very low key and knowledgeable and speaks in layman’s terms.
Would recommend Dr. Reiss to anyone,he also did hip replacement without any problems, his staff is excellent as well.Thank you Dr. Reiss.
Can’t get done at this time but was able to get a cortisone shot to help til this fall
The only thing I am constantly disappointed with is the length of the wait in the waiting room. 1-2 hrs is unacceptable, especially when it’s hard to sit or stand for long periods. Always standing room only. Scheduling 4 patients for the same appointment time is very inconsiderate. Wait time calling on the phone is terrible too. Maybe hire people just for phones.
