My experience was one of competence, compassion and genuine caring. Dr, Rice was thorough but warm and friendly throughout the 3 hour assessment process. We await the written report but Dr. Rice gave a verbal summary before the session was over which I appreciated. I would recommend Dr. Rice to any family seeking emperically (scientific) -based information on which to create a plan for their loved one's care in older age.
This was my third time at this office, and the service was superb.
Took the time to talk to my grandmother about our visit felt more like family than anything else. And that means a lot considering my grandmother can be very stubborn ! Ms.Rice did a great job !
