I’ve been working with Jas since 2021 and she has been an immeasurable blessing in my life. She’s a gifted and highly-skilled therapist; she is so well-attuned that, even when I struggle to express myself, I feel completely understood. Words can’t express how much I’ve been able to learn, heal, and discover about my Self in her studio. I’m grateful that she decided to become an art therapist and that I am fortunate enough to be one of her clients.

I first met Jas through an outpatient eating disorder program in Chattanooga. She was part of the "interdisciplinary team" who was part of our recovery journey. Of all the ones who worked with us, she stood out among all of them in her demeanor and approach to our issues. So much so, that when I finished, I sought Jas out for one on one counseling. I cannot recommend Jas Milam enough. I am an adult male and I've been working with Jas on and off for approximately 7 years now. I have struggled with substance abuse, eating disorders, attachment disorders, and complex trauma from childhood and have worked with a number of different helping professionals over the years, but Jas is hands down the best therapist I've been privileged to work with.
