Great service! Very satisfied with price and products. 13 years ago I bought new appliances for my home and now as I replace them I am returning to Jarvis.
My dryer stopped blowing heat last Sunday. I called and left a message with their service department late Sunday afternoon. I received a call Monday morning shortly after 8:00AM. I got lucky. they had a cancellation in their service schedule and I had an appointment that morning between 9:30 and 11:30. Technician arrived at 10:45 and dryer was fixed by 12:30. Friendly, helpful staff. Quick service. Installation was quick, clean and friendly.
We used Jarvis appliance to repair a washer at our home. Chirs arrived promptly at the time he said he would and spent the needed time to both diagnose the problem, repair it and also educate us on what needed to be done to repair the appliance as well as what may be done in the future to prevent a re-occorence of the same issue. He was extremely professional and courteous. We will be using Jarvis for now on for our appliance needs.
Service and pricing. We were very pleased with the technicians who removed our old appliances and installed the new. Thank you for choosing the best route for exiting our house and for putting down the protective carpet/paper.
