Great experience from purchase to delivery/install. Much more knowledgeable than the big box stores. We originally picked a new washer/dryer combo based on Consumer Report ratings, but after learning more from the Jarvis staff, we ended up with a different combination that has a much longer warranty and a lower cost. Definitely recommend Jarvis!!!
