Outstanding from beginning to end. Admittedly, I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase, but Denis was still incredibly helpful. We have purchased a number of large, and small, appliances from Jarvis over the last 20+ years and the shopping experience with them has always been far superior to any other appliance store we've tried. Their service department is OUTSTANDING and helps keep us coming back to Jarvis.
It is important that I recognize the outstanding customer service we received from Jarvis Appliance Repair this week. Broken dryer, part ordered but not scheduled to arrive til next week, laundry piling up & family coming to visit. Tech Steve called & offered to source the needed part elsewhere - had our dryer running in an unexpected record time. THAT is customer service! Thank you Steve(s) & Jarvis!
We bought new kitchens appliances (GE Cafe, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and oven and refrigerator) from Jarvis. Our microwave stopped working while under warranty and Jarvis immediately sent a repair person who quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. We highly recommend Jarvis as their installation and repair were outstanding.

Had such a wonderful experience with Jarvis Appliance. When faced with a dilemma (and poor customer service) at a big name store, we called Jarvis. They had what we needed, in stock, and ready to ship. Plus their prices were right on point with the competitors. Highly recommend Jimmy, he was very kind and knowledgeable about their stock. We are customers for life!
Everything was great about our experience with Jarvis. We had to buy by phone (stayhome orders) and worked with an exceptional salesperson, Brett. Ended up with a great refrigerator, installed efficiently, at a great price!
