RecommendedKevin Dufour and the Jarvis Appliance Team impressed us with their overall operation and commitment to customer satisfaction. Sr. Service Tech Chris made a valiant effort to correct the problems with our Kitchen Aid refrigerator. He took the time to explain the work he was doing and why. You cannot get that kind of personal attention from the "big box" stores.
Salesman was very helpful and transaction was so easy. Washing machine was delivered on time and installers were quick and did a great job. Very pleased.
I’ve tried to use Jarvis for parts several times and they’ve been rude but the lady at the parts counter took the cake today. I tried to explain to her what I needed for my stove and she rudely talked over top of me with a condescending attitude & said, “ mam, I know” When she was wrong about the part I needed. I should have walked out the second I walked in to her on phone being rude to a customer on the phone trying to schedule a service. I walked out and will never use Jarvis again.
We started using Jarvis when we our Fisher Paykel oven needed servicing and have used them for all our appliance needs since. They’re service is amazing.

Kolby came and worked on our dryer. He was courteous, knowledgeable and on time. In the past he has worked on other appliances and I’m always impressed with his work ethic and drive! Bravo Jarvis for hiring and training a great employee!

BUY DONNA STETKA A NEW FRIDGE & NEW FOOD YOU JERKS!
Folks were helpful in selecting a replacement for my dead frig on line and by phone, took a check when it was delivered by 2 nice young men with masks who removed the dead one, brought in the new one, set it up and got it running. Cost was the same as big box guys, It was delivered exactly when promised, call backs came when promised. Good service and local folks.
