I had a great experience with Jarvis Appliance. Employees are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on the appliances they are selling. They didn't push to sell the most expensive item. Delivery was exceptional and right on time. This was my first experience dealing with Jarvis and will guarantee this will be where I buy future appliances when needed. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! technician caused more problems than he fixed. Service manager said he couldn't address our concerns. Owner would need to speak to us. Numerous requests for him to call went unanswered. They did send out a great tech who eventually fixed the dryer. We never did get any response from owner. Won't ever call them again after 20 years of buying and using their service.
We purchased all our appliances for our new kitchen update from Jarvis. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We even went back when deciding to add an under-counter refrigerator. Looked and matched lowest prices in surrounding area. Would highly recommend them for you kitchen appliance needs.
Jarvis Appliance sales and service and installation folks have been awesome. We purchased an entire kitchen appliance set and the guys that installed did a great job. We had an issue with the freezer section of our new fridge and their service guy Chris came out and suggested a replacement seal and he was great. Very curteous and knowledgeable.
We just purchased a dishwasher from Jarvis and had a wonderful experience from the showroom, professional and courteous sales staff, great installation. I highly recommend and will return for any appliance I need.

A new dishwasher was installed yesterday and the crew did an outstanding job paying attention to details along with polite and caring attitudes. Just got my new refrigerator...Ordered it over the phone! Jarvis gave me a date..called me the day before to Confirm...Two big strapping young men showed up & took my old fridge away...Hooked up my new one...gave directions on new unit & were gone...These young men that installed my fridge were great...personable & professional..Go Local people!...They go the extra mile...
