Today I received my new refrigerator. This is the second purchase from Jarvis Appliance. The installation of my microwave was better than I any other installation I have had done. From the sales men to the delivery men, they are the best. Thank you Jarvis.

Appliances are great, Customer service is terrible. Stay away from the salesman Denis, he only wants a quick commission, to hell with you after the sale. Very surprised by the poor customer service.
Usually, they're great. Between here and Rosedale, they almost always have the part I need. Last week, though... I asked for a price on a dryer belt. Steve quoted me 145 dollars for the belt. A belt that is 20 dollars everywhere online. I even confirmed it was a dryer belt. Yup. Not sure what's different about the belts you're selling and the ones online. But I'll take my chances with the less expensive option.
Thank you for taking great care of my mom while we were out of town. You were courteous, caring and gave her just what she needed and didn’t try to talk her into more than she could afford. Kudos to all of you!
Would highly recommend Jarvis for your appliance needs. The process from sales to delivery and installation was outstanding with friendly and knowledgeable staff each step of the way.
