This is absolutely not a day spa whatsoever. If you're looking to feel rejuvenated and relaxed this is not the place for you. Their technicians bring their cell phones into your service and don't put them on silent. They will leave you sitting in the front waiting area in the hot sun around loud hair dryers for over an hour while waiting on your next service. Their massage rooms are also very loud and you can hear through the walls. You can't really get into a zen zone. Very disappointing for the price of their services.

Ashley I regret that we couldn’t meet your expectations! Our walls are sound proofed (completed by a sound technician of the highest quality) but a door can only eliminate partial sound. We are a very busy place and guest and staff do walk up and down the hall on the spa side to get to their services. I stand by the quality of the massage you received and the price is more than fair by industry standards. I wanted so to badly to like Jaraherron Salon and Medical Spa... Though I loved my stylist personally, I have become deeply disappointed in the company as a whole and the lack of care for their clients. First, I purchased hair extensions through Jara Herron in March 2019. At Jara Herron, if you as the client wish to have hair extensions, you must purchase through the salon, and not bring your own. RecommendedHayden has changed my hair (life? ;) for the better! I have been a client of his for over 4 years now. He is simply the best. He knows exactly what to do. Total color genius! I love going to him. The environment at Jerra Herron is welcoming, friendly, and modern. I love the aesthetic and enjoy being at the salon. Great energy!
