I bought my red RAV4 over a year ago and have been completely blown away by the service here. Mr. Janzen drew up my papers himself and stayed late to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Getting my car serviced is pleasant because of the comfortable waiting area with free coffee,pop, and water along with free wifi. Every person at the dealership has been polite and kind. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle here!
Trevor in the shop really helped us out today!!! When he found out we lived 2 hours away, he fit us in to fix our car to get us home. We were in at 12:15, on the road by 12:45!! Kudos to Trevor and our mechanic!
Took my car for an oil change and had only been there one other time. They said my oil pan needed to be replaced and told me they would replace it at their expense and give me a rental car for 5 days at their expense because they didn't tell me the last time I came in it needed to be done. Purchased my second Tundra from Janzen Toyota last Thursday. Best dealership I have ever dealt with. Greg worked with me and had me in my new truck with no hassle. Foster worked with me on the finance side and made even that part of the deal enjoyable. I always get my vehicles serviced there as well. A great bunch of folks to work with.
