We went all over Ponca and Stillwater looking for the oil for the truck. They answered our questions and helped us find our oil for our truck! They no longer carry our oil for our truck in other stores. Only Toyota has it now.
Made the whole experience enjoyable. I will purchase a vehicle here again.
Justin at janzen was a pleasure to deal with. One of the best experiences I've had buying a vehicle. Chandler at Diffee in el Reno is where I'll buy Ford. Justin at Janzen is the "go to" for Toyota.
Janzen Toyota was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish!! Greg made quite a impression on me with the experience he has had involving Toyota and he was fantastic!! $800 for a key is freaking horseshit! The first time I came in they promised me they can make a key for $200 but I had to have proof of insurance. So I buy the vehicle and get insurance come back have a key made and they tell me that they have to have it reprogrammed and It will be $800!
