I had to wait an hour between eye exam and seeing the doctor. This has happened at other times for the same doctor.
Josh & Carter were wonderful and friendly.Finish all the exams by 4:00 and was told Dr wouldbe with me shortly. After waiting 45min I found staffto see if they forgot me.
He asked what I was concerned about since my last clinic visit, and gave clear, concise answers to my questions. We discussed options, time frame for issues to be solved, how long the procedures would take, and how soon I could expect to see results from procedures. Excellent communication and relationship/patient skills.
From the moment I walked in the office, I was treated as a unique individual. The optical assistant, Melanie, took the time to listen to my concerns and accurately relayed them to Dr. Berestka.Dr. Berestka took time to examine me and in easy to understand terms, educate me about my condition.
Dr. Berestka is a pioneer in ophthalmology and it is my privilege to see him as a patient. He has decades of experience and a great 'bedside' manner. I'm grateful for Dr. Berestka's outstanding care and highly recommend him.

Dr Sinclair performed a thorough exam and was very clear about the results. Giving me recommendations for future prevention techniques to reduce progression of of disease.
