Excellent, very professional from when I walked in the entrance door. Front desk check in friendly and courteous through out. The lady who worked me up for Dr Sinclair was very good. Dr. Sinclair was spot on with the exam efficient and to the point. The experience was very good.
Dr. Sinclair has my full confidence. I trust my eyesight and well being to her professionalism!
Spent less than 5 minutes with me as a new patient and billed me $490 for the visit. If you want personal attention and a physician who cares go somewhere else. Not one of the staff ever referred to me by name; they just wanted to know my birthdate.
Dr. Sinclair is excellent. She follows through and readily answers any questions and she makes a referral if something more is needed. She is friendly and caring and a very nice person as well as a good eye doctor. I am very pleased with her professionalism and care.
It had been a while since I had been in for an exam. I was unable to get a time that worked with my usual Dr. so I booked with Dr. Sinclair. She was wonderful. She was thorough and professional, but has a great 'chair-side' manner. The whole Wayzata Clinic staff was great. It was my first time there and I will definitely use this location again.
Dr. Sinclair saw me on a Saturday night years ago for a retinal detachment and got me in for surgery right away. I've had several other surgeries since and still have great vision. She is so kind and caring, and always takes plenty of time to answer all my questions. The staff are all excellent as well.
My regular doctor was booked for 2 months so the office referred me to Dr. Sinclair. They told me she was very through & loved to solve eye problems. That was not my experience. I have been having loads of problems with my eyes and it seemed to me that Dr. Sinclair could not wait to get out of the room. I needed to ask her several questions and I had to continue stopping her from exiting the room. Unfortunately would not recommend, wish I would have waited for my regular doctor.
