Good overall, but waited too long for the doctor
Dr. Sinclair gave me another superb thorough eye exam. I have been seeing her for many years.
My visit went as planned, all was good.
She was very knowledgeable, explained things well, gave great recommendations on what to do next and was so friendly and made me feel comfortable.
Through efficient and speedy. Very capable practitioners thru out. MUCH too difficult to schedule appt. Took 2 days. Need more scheduling staff,please.
Yearly review and it went very well. Each person explained their role and responsibilities. As they preformed the examine they explained what hey were to do and how it was moving along. They understood a problem with an eye and worked with me. Time was not an issue with the. No hurry up r make a decision from them to me
I have been a patient of Dr. Janice Sinclair at Northwest Eye Maple Grove for several years and have never had a bad experience. I would highly recommend both Dr. Sinclair and this Clinic. Everyone I have been connected with has always been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Also, during the pandemic, all of the CDC and government rules were being followed.
