I got the typical "limit drinking and lose weight" - all this before getting information about my BMI, how much I exercised, etc. Felt like a very limited, euro-centric, archaic, and basic suggestion for a patient. I would have loved to tease this out more and talk through the ways in which there are other solutions.
Dr. Phelan has earned my trust with his expert advice and consultation over the years. I know he has my best interests in mind at all times.
Dr. Sinclair was personable and aware of my case file. She performed adequate tests to confirm my eye was healing. She advised on cautions going forward until I saw my main doctor the next week.
I came in for syncope. No physical examination performed, no blood test order, no table test, no neurological examination. She basically told me to go home, rest, and stay hydrated. I was expecting a referral to a specialist to better understand my concerns, I got NOTHING.
Dr Pakzad is a very good, thorough and caring dermatologist. I've been a patient for many years and he has always been the best for me and my skin cancers. Thank You!
