I read all the reviews before selecting Dr Goodfellow as my PCP but I was very disappointed with her in person. She was harsh, abrupt and condescending. More of an old school doctor personality with poor bedside manners in my opinion. She didn’t take time to listen but was rather lecturing me which I did not appreciate and she was obviously very hurried. She is so wonderful in regards that she listens to your concerns and addresses all the issues that you have. She is very professional, very caring and very understanding. I’m so happy to be here at Irvine Family Care and having Dr. Goodfellow take care of me the other day.
I have been a patient of Dr. Goodfellow for over 20 years and love the way she always listens and makes recommendations based on her findings while considering my input.
Dr, Goodfellow was personable and down to earth, but at the same time very thorough & professional. She was focused and listened to what I said without interrupting or being condescending. I was quite impressed with her knowledge & her ability to explain things in a way understandable to her patients. I feel very fortunate to have her as my physician and would have no reservations recommending her to friends and family.
First time seeing her after her colleague (sheryl long..my doctor of 36 years) retired. She was attentive, knowledgeable and caring and probably spent more time than I should have had for this type of appointment.
She always take her time and never rushes.
I’ve been going to Dr Goodfellow since she opened her practice at the Barranca office over 20 years ago. She is an excellent physician, in all aspects. She actively listens, she provides good analysis and diagnosis, she prescribes appropriate treatment, and she really provides such excellent care that over the years I just stopped even going to my gynecologist and just go to her. I've been a patient for 17+ years and Dr Goodfellow is an amazing doctor. She is truly vested in her patients well being. She stays on top of any concerns I have & is sure to address. She answers questions calmly and in patient friendly language. The appointment wait times are not an issue because she is worth my time.Her office staff is friendly, courteous and responsive.
