Dog poop was often left on the sidewalk, the community was not kept very clean
The community was very dark at night because the lighting was inadequate. One evening, I was sideswiped by a vehicle while walking through the property, and the driver left before I could identify the car. I reached out to the leasing office to see if they could help in any way, but I was told there was nothing they could do. It was a frustrating experience, especially after an incident involving safety.
The maintenance team installed a new toilet that I purchased for my apartment. The previous toilet didn’t seat high enough so I purchased a new toilet and then install it perfectly. They came to my apartment when I wasn’t home and install the toilet without leaving a mess and hold all the boxes away. I get these guys A+ for the work that was performed. Thank you.
We have lived here for 4 years and it is a great apartment complex. Since Cristina Celis came on as Community Manager, the overall management has excelled! Now there are consistent email updates. Cristina keeps on top of maintenance and repairs, and is very approachable. We are very happy here.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I would like to share my experience living here for 2 years to provide more context beyond the short-term, tour based reviews. Office staff is by far the rudest people I’ve ever encountered in my life hands down, they’ll smile and laugh with you up until that lease is signed. If you bring any concerns or issues to their attention they’ll ignore your emails, calls and act like they care when you come into the office to address them.
