Prompt. The doc. asked plenty of questions to get to the root cause of the pain. Combined with X-rays he diagnosed the cause which, thankfully, was not arthritis. Prescribed PT. Good "bed side manor". Highly recommended.
Dr. Gallentine is so knowledgeable. He really listens to everything you have to say. Great bedside manner. Offers great options and explains everything along the way. Highly recommended!!
Dr Gallentine treated me with nothing but respect. He was forthright with a diagnosis (or lack of one as of yet). He was honest with me about me needing to lose weight before he would do surgery on me. I really respect a doctor who can be honest without being mean or cruel. Also, one that doesn't need to "beat around the bush."
The P.A. called last week, and when I told him I was still having some pain, they got me in to see Dr. Gallentine five days later. They wanted to make sure nothing was amiss, so they had me get blood work the day before the appointment and they took x-rays at the appointment. Dr. Gallentine was then able to refer to both of these, as well as checking my range of movement and asking some questions about my progress.
