Steven is a fundamental piece for our small home renovation business. He is always available for requests we make, whether to see a house, to buy a house, to list a house or to sell a house. His good humor and positivism at any time of day, makes it easy to trust him, and not discourage in the bad days of a business. Steven works with dedication and always makes us feel "at home" even though we are from different parts of the world
James made the selling of my home extremely pleasant and easy. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone! James and his team were always very pleasant to work with when I had questions re: the process. For me specifically I had never sold a home so I had a lot of questions re: how to list it, what to list it for, what to do when the offer came in, basically just every step of the way I knew he was providing me with the best advice because he is incredibly knowledgeable.
Steven was quick to respond to all commication and was always available to show a property. He answered all questions and ensured a first time homebuyer felt comfortable.
