I highly recommend Amber because of her knowledge of the homes, and the neighborhoods of the areas I was interested in. She was knowledgeable of the process and explained it to in a langue that I could understand. She also master the skill of negotiating concession with the seller. Tim is a very professional and friendly person who helped me buy my first home. He understands what you r looking for, expectarion,time frame and ur schedule. We saw 2-3 houses a day...in 2 weeks I found my home. It is all because of the timely and organized manner in which we managed the house hunt. Amber is amazing. She worked with my girls and I as we tried to find a new home. She always got back to me right away with all of our questions. I texted her and emailed her throughout the Dayana night. She always responded. We saw many houses that I found and were disappointed. She was very patient and gave a lot of advice. In the end, she found us the perfect house!
She responds to any questions you have very fast. Very nice person and easy to deal with. It was a quick and easy sale so she was a pleasure work with.
Sal was knowledgable and patient with us as first time homebuyers. At each step of the process he explained what to expect and was great at easing our nerves each time we encountered something new and unexpected. He was happy to show us every property that we were even remotely interested in seeing and always appeared eager to show us new houses and entertain our evolving needs and wants.
