If I could give more than five stars, I would in a heartbeat! Steven went above and beyond to help my fiancé and I find our first home. Being first time homebuyers we didn't know much of anything, besides what we wanted in a house. Steven was so patient and full of knowledge, he explained everything in detail to help us reach our goal. Even going as far as staying up on a Saturday night finishing up paperwork! He is a genuinely good man and a darn great in real estate!

Mr. Piskorowski ardently showed six properties and we closed on the one within 30 days time. Steven knowledgeably assisted with getting the purchase agreement prepared and the earnest money deposited. He communicated about all areas of the buying process from the wire transfer of funds to the inspection to the final walk through.

Working with Steven to purchase my first condo was a great experience. He answered every question and explained every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Very easy going, polite, and knows what he's doing. He's not afraid of helping you get anything you need from the seller. I have worked with other realtors before him and none of them were nearly as good as he was. When we were looking at houses, he was very knowledgeable and pointed out things that us first time home buyers wouldnt have noticed.

He was very Honest about the homes we saw together and open and timely for all questions and times to see homes! He helped to point out possible flaws in the home. He also helped to point out the pros of homes!

Amber is everything one could hope to find in a realtor. She was accommodating of my tight schedule, showed me all of the houses I wanted to see (and more that she thought might fit my parameters). She was always quick to respond—if she didn’t pick up the phone I knew I’d get a text in a few minutes telling me when she’d be available to call back.
