Makes you sign a 6 month contract preventing you from buying from anyone else.. then never calls you again. Talks to you on the phone and gives you a great speech about how he will help you. Makes you feel all giddy and confident. You sign the contract and never hear from him again. I Cant even get a new agent cause they dont want to touch me with the signed contract. I cant buy a home for 6 months!!!.. cause of this guy.

When you called you said you were using an agent which was not working out. So I showed you multiple homes, negotiated Lower Prices on homes, with your 0% down loan. It is a really tough market for aggressively priced homes which clients believe its the Realtors fault. When homes are priced below market value it's hard to get your offer accepted without competing or beating the other offer.
