Jesse is definitely a go-to realtor. Working around Christmas he was super quick to respond. We were looking at houses within the week (at my request, because Christmas) and had an offer done 2 days after we started. Unfortunately the sellers wouldn't budge on sale price, but we did get a nice deal in seller closing costs due to negotiating strategy. Sal and his realty where Great! They were very responsive to my request for showings no matter how short of a notice I gave him! He had great suggestions on places to look and what I should be looking for. Their website was great and sent me links every day if new and modified listings that met my criteria. I would highly recommend using Sal and his team if you are looking to purchase a new home!
Sal was awesome! I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling a house. He has his clients in mind throughout the whole process. Al Barbera was very helpful in the entire home buying process. He was honest, helpful and educated me throughout the process. He also remembered the things I really wanted in my house to help narrow down the search. When it came down to making the deal happen it wouldn't have worked out as great as it did without his determination to get me the deal I needed on the house I love! Highly recommend!
Albert was very attentive and patient.. I had a lot of questions since I was a first time buyer and he made it an excellent experience.. It took me a while to find my perfect home and he never pressured me to buy anything.. There were never any surprises either, he explained everything a head of time.. I highly recommend him
James Ray did a great job finding us a home we have been looking for 6 months and James suggested a few homes for us to look at and we fell in love with one of the homes he suggested for us. He also got us seller concessions to help with the money we needed to bring to closing.
Steven was so helpful in not only searching for the perfect home but throughout the whole process. This was out first home and we had little knowledge on the process of buying but he had a lot of experience and gave some great and honest advice.
