James was most helpful and knowledgeable about the pre-owned automobile I was interested in viewing and test driving. The internet price was fair and the finance paperwork was prepared timely and efficiently. James called us a couple of days after we took possession to follow up and see if everything was going well with our vehicle. Overall a 5 star experience as one would expect!
