Not a great experience. I traded at another dealership that gave me 20k not 2k but 20k more for the trade. It was ridiculous what they offered, but they were nice about it, and understood their position once they explained it.
Responded to my questions quickly.
I left 3 or 4 emails asking questions about the car but my sales contact Dave D did not contact after several attempts. Very disappointed. I even sent pics of my trade in and asked on various occasions about the warranty on the car they had for sale but there was no reply. I expected much better from a Mercedes dealer
