Ran my credit got approved then never heard from the sales agent again. I called and they said the car was unable to be sold. Very disappointed thankfully I found what I was looking for else where.

I was in touch with this dealer and had asked them to send a video of any dings even small on a used car. I mentioned I wanted to understand the condition prior to making a 1 hour trip. The dealer kept on making excuses and never sent the video. I made the trip anyways knowing that the car I wanted is popular as the Carfax was clean. They had many opportunities to tell me of the damages but kept it a secret until I went to see it. Mo from the sales team is an OUTSTANDING salesman who took the time to show me all the details he knew about the car - more than just a regular test drive of “turn left here, this is how you park.” I absolutely recommend Mo if you are interested in a Mercedes!
