I found Dr. Libby very professional and straight forward regarding my last bout of kidney stones that were too large to pass and required surgery. I trusted Dr. Libby with the surgery and was not disappointed. He was caring, respectful and just plain likable. I would definitely go to him again.
He’s and out standing Doctor
Dr. Libby came across as impersonal and did not inquire about my current concerns and well being as a 4+ year post op prostate cancer patient. It was obvious he’d not read over my medical history prior to my visit as I witnessed him attempting to do so during my visit. I was not asked about my current sexual health and when I mentioned same, I got no supportive advice.
Unfortunately on this visit, we were there for two hours and 15 minutes for my Dad's follow up appointment. We have never had to wait that long. Our appointment was at 2:10, arrived at 2:00; didn't see Dr. Libby until about 3:30. We were checking out at 4:15. Another patient there had been waiting over an hour. One patient actually left as he was there before we were.
The staff was professional, pleasant, who is attentive to me checking in. The office was clean, waiting room is clean, bathroom was clean. Dr. Libby is always pleasant, doesn’t rush when he comes in to see me, always seems concerned about my well being, always answers my questions. I would recommend Dr.Libby to anyone who is looking for an Urologist.5stars to Dr.Libby and his staff.

The office was a little behind but all folks working there were busy trying to get everything completed. Dr. Libby seems very knowledgeable and gives options on correcting the problem.
I had an urgent issue and they were kind enough to fit me in, and Dr. Libby is great and was thoughtful and direct and helped diagnosis the issue. The staff was very friendly and super efficient.
