I was taken care on a timely basis. The attention was excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. James Libby. My urologist for more than 10 years.
Dr. Libby and his staff are very efficient and keep folks moving through but very thorough examination, knew my chart, took blood sample and pee sample and set return appointment to review results in under 30 minutes!
I believe the front desk check-in could utilize more sensitivity training to the potential patients needs would make checking in more relaxing. Everyone that approaches your work station is not educated to what their experience entails.Teach, respect and prosperous.Dr. Libby, has great bedside skills and shows confidence in his abilities to ensure a successful procedure and recovery.

I had a crisis over the weekend and Dr. Libby provided great communication and options. I felt he really cared about my well-being.
He was running a little late today, but he is worth a wait. He is my most respected physician and surgeon. I found him 15 years ago, by far the best urologist I have ever dealt with.
Very knowledgeable, but obviously rushed
Support staff from front desk to nurses are all excellent. Efficient and all very professional.
