Got in on time. Went right through preliminary tests. Doctor was in right away. All tests came out good. Gave me a sample med. Will return in 3 weeks to report on new med.
Dr. Libby is always professional, pleasant, knowledgeable. He takes his time to answer all my concerns and questions. His Staff at the front desk always make check in easy and smooth. My appointment was at 2 pm. Dr saw me at 3:30. Second time this has happened.
The customer service is impeccable. From check-in to check-out, customer care is a priority.

The physician is experienced and knowledgeable and has a calm manner. He confirmed the diagnostic information I obtained from my GP and made additional recommendations to address my concerns.
Very nice person and took the time to investigate my problem. I would recommend him to anyone needing a urologist.
Caring pre and post op treatment by the entire staff. Dr Libby and his staff at Blue Ridge are great.
