He was on time, he cleared out questions/concerns before the procedure, and explained the results in a professional manner.
Dr. Kao performed my recent colonoscopy. I appreciated his professionalism and concern for my well-being. He thoroughly explained the results and patiently answered my questions.
I highly recommend Valley Digestive and Dr Kao. This is my second colonoscopy there, and it feels like it has doubled in size. The location and parking is very convenient and the office is small and professional. The staff is great. My procedure was quick and painless, and I was asleep for the entire thing. All the staff & the Dr. were polite & professional. The nurse who administered the profifal was especially friendly & comforting. The procedure was quick & painless.

Everyone from the front desk, medical staff and doctor was great. They knew what they were doing. I would recommend this office.
The doctor does all contra-indications to test what my problem was. He knows what’s he’s doing. The staff and doctor are ver polite and accurate to heal my symptoms.
