The treatment my parents received from both Dr. Kao and his staff was utterly appalling. My elderly father had to have a gastro-tube inserted after a stroke, and as Dr. Kao was the doctor who did the procedure at USC Arcadia hospital, he was the doctor we were told to follow-up with after my father's discharge to get it removed. From making the appointment to checking out, my experience was positive. The staff is friendly, social and helpful. Dr. Kao listened attentively before responding. He clearly explained his observations and next steps. I felt heard and supported. I recommend this office and Dr. Kao.

I enjoyed meeting Dr. Kao. He was very informative and helpful, and made me feel very at-ease. I really appreciated that as I was a bit worried. The assistants in the office were also so sweet and helpful - I felt like they had known me forever. Thank you!

Dr. Kao is truly THE Physician ordering, tests, pinpointing medically your condition and pronto. When it comes to the point like it did with my brother, also James. His records had so many things wrong with him, Dr. Kao admitted he had already spent over an hour prior to his appointment reviewing them and they arrived out of order etc. and THANK GOD WE FINALLY HAVE A DR. WHO TELLS YOU THE TRUTH! Later spent more hours reviewing, ordering further life saving tests. He will save your life.
Very professional and proper billing. Unauthorized charges on credit card months later. Service terrible customer service.
