This office is well run. Staff is very nice and easy to talk to. Facility is clean. Explanations are clear.
Nice clean and modern building. Plenty of parking. Non-grumpy, but actually friendly staff! Dr. Kao gave me enough time to answer my questions. I did not feel rushed. He showed care

The doctor was professional and efficient. The Anesthesiologist(Azu) and the post procedure nurse(Johnathan)were awesome….friendly, patient and caring.The receptionists need some soft skill training on how to be professional and caring.
