Went over previous records and any now concerns related.
He talks way too fast, and with him wearing a mask it’s more difficult to hear and understand him. Then he interrupts you and talks over you which I consider very rude. He may be a thorough Dr. in his field, however his bedside manner is terrible.
Dr. Kao explains things where I can understand them. He listens and is thorough with looking into situation and concerns.
Dr. Kao was thorough and helpful in our appointment today. He provided pertinent information and answered my questions concisely and well.
After waiting in a room for about an hour, the doctor seemed very rushed when he finally got to my mom. After speaking to us for a bit, he reached over with no warning, and began poking my mom in her stomach.
