He talks way too fast, and with him wearing a mask it’s more difficult to hear and understand him. Then he interrupts you and talks over you which I consider very rude. He may be a thorough Dr. in his field, however his bedside manner is terrible.
Dr. Kao explains things where I can understand them. He listens and is thorough with looking into situation and concerns.
