Great staff, fast customer service. Dr was very professional very happy with my visit explains with details
The staff was very friendly. Dr. Kao talked with me before and after procedure to explain what I should expect before, during and after the procedure and he explained the results thoroughly to me.
Doctor Cha is disrespectful!! He is very proud and looks down on patients!! He does not listen to patients, but rudely interrupts and mocks patients!! He roughly and angrily examined my mom’s stomach!! Asked her loudly and in a rude manner which area in her stomach hurts! My mom was shocked and looked at me very uncomfortably!! All staff members are really nice and helpful, I highly recommend this place. Really apreciated it every body .
Seemed very competent, thorough . Initially seemed a bit brusque but when there are so many patients, you need to get to the point quickly.
I felt he investigated my complaints very well and thorough
The office is clean and the experience was just great!!
Nurses and Dr Kao were friendly and helpful. Answered all questions was in and out in a couple hours for colonoscopy
