Dr Cameron was very interested in my condition and explained everything to me in great detail. He got me involved in the process and between the two of us we came up with a course of actions that was best for me.
I had a right total knee replacement in October 2019 with Dr Cameron. He was very patient and listened to my concerns regarding pain control. Hopefully I'll never have to have a knee replacement to the left side. But if I did I would certainly go back and have him to the surgery.
I chose Dr. Cameron after a friend had a total knee replacement with fantastic results. Less than 10 weeks out from my own and I am nearly pain free and can see the goal. Dr. Cameron gives you the information and leaves the decision to you without pushing you to a conclusion. The whole process was as good as possibly be, and the doctor's assistant and scheduler Jennifer was a great resource and quickly answered all my questions or needs. I can't recommend Doc Cameron enough. Thanks!
I had a knee replacement in 2011 and refused the needed surgery for the other knee until I heard about Dr. Cameron. He listened to my issues and provided the understanding and support that I needed. The surgery was successful and I have just completed 2 month of rehab with awesome results. I understand that surgical pain is different from the rehab pain associated with excessive scar tissue development which most people do not have. I am on my way to a full recovery and able to walk and sleep without knee pain.
I had a great experience with Dr. Cameron in his office as well as his team in the surgery room. I couldn't have thought that was possible. I am very pleased and would recommend Dr. Cameron. Note, if I ever need knee replacement; Dr. Cameron would be who I would call.
This is my 2nd TKA surgery with Cr. Cameron. While there were some complications this time around and recovery was a bit more intense, everything was just as professional, friendly, informative, and genuinely concerned for my welfare as the first time around. Only wish I had a 3rd knee he could replace. He is THE surgeon to see if you need a partial or total knee replacement. Best part is having ATI across the hall for PT sessions at Patewood.
Dr Cameron was absolutely the kindest man! He took his time listening to me & my husband! I worked in a hospital for over 30 years he has the best bedside manner & his work was amazing! 9 weeks out & I need no more therapy ! I highly recommend him & Patewood Hospital! Thanks for being my doctor! He gives you instructions that are easy to follow & the ice machine absolutely the best thing ever! Dr Cameron was recommended by another doctor & now I know why! Great man & doctor!!
