I have been a patient of Dr. Fagelson for over 20 years and always found him very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to explain my medical condition to me. He explains treatment options and always gives the potential outcomes for each. I have learned to trust all his medical advice as he has always made the correct recommendation for my treatment.
Very good. No nonsense but not rushed. The treatment plan is working and will be continued.
Dr Fagelson was extremely professional, highly personable, inquisitive and relatable....we were of similar age and it was comforting to hear him explain how our body changes as we age so several of my concerns were normal.....that certainly put me at ease. While I was assigned to him when setting up my appointment, I'm certainly glad they placed me with him. He was definitely the right choice!!
I was referred to Dr. Fagelson after a bad experience with another urologist. I am really happy to be working with him to resolve my prostate cancer issues. Dr. Fagelson is kind, considerate, thoughtful, and obviously very knowledgeable. I am confident that he will guide me to the best possible outcome.

Very straight forward but with kind tone. Very thorough discussion of options. Very knowledgeable, but does not come off as talking down. In short, a good human being.
Dr. Fagelson answered all the questions I had up front and in a professional manner helped put me as ease and disarm the anxiety I was experiencing about my procedure. He communicated well about what the procedure would be like, what was going on during it, and about what he was doing next which also helped put me at ease during what would’ve otherwise been a very uncomfortable situation. I would highly recommend him, his staff, and their facility for their services.

I came to Dr. Fagelson for a second opinion after a green light laser procedure by another doctor left me completely dependent on catheters. The other doctor said my next option was an inpatient turp procedure. Dr. Fagelson recognized the first green light laser procedure had been done with too low an energy level. He performed a second green light laser treatment after which I no longer needed catheters and had zero incontinence problems.
