Dr. Fagelson answered all the questions I had up front and in a professional manner helped put me as ease and disarm the anxiety I was experiencing about my procedure. He communicated well about what the procedure would be like, what was going on during it, and about what he was doing next which also helped put me at ease during what would’ve otherwise been a very uncomfortable situation. I would highly recommend him, his staff, and their facility for their services.

I came to Dr. Fagelson for a second opinion after a green light laser procedure by another doctor left me completely dependent on catheters. The other doctor said my next option was an inpatient turp procedure. Dr. Fagelson recognized the first green light laser procedure had been done with too low an energy level. He performed a second green light laser treatment after which I no longer needed catheters and had zero incontinence problems. I arrived 20 minutes early for my visit. After registering at the front desk, I only waited 5 minutes before seeing Dr. Fagelson's assistant (Jacob, who is excellent and very responsive) and then Dr. Fagelson. The visit was productive, informative, and I'm very satisfied with the care Dr. Fagelson provided.
Had my first appointment yesterday and it went smoothly .Staff was friendly and Dr was right on time .Had reviewed my records thoroughly and was prepared to discuss next steps including imaging and medication changes. Very happy with overall appointment and would highly recommend.
