Dr Fagelson was on time and he took time to listen to my concerns. He is very knowledgeable and obviously has many years of experience. He is a caring, knowledgeable physician.
Wait time after checkin was less than 5 minutes to be seen by DR. Dr Fagelson listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions and completed the exam in a timely and caring manner.
Dr. Fagelson is very quick and to the point. I'm sure every situation is different but this definitely was the best scenario for me. We got a follow up appointment scheduled right away and I feel very confident that I am in good hands with Dr. Fagelson.
Dr Fagelson consulted me regarding prostate issues. He was very detailed to explain my problems and treatment options and spent quite a time patiently answering my multiple questions.
From the moment he walked into the exam room (on time) his comfortable, professional demeanor put me at ease. He was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with his answers to my questions. In fact, his answers were not ones that I could find online. I left the visit feeling at ease with the new information he imparted. I am pleased to have him as my urologist.
