Dr. Fagelson has provided me with specialized, detailed, and compassionate care for more than 8 years. The green light laser ablation procedure he performed has increased the quality of my life. I continue under his care, and recommend highly him to anyone who struggles with urologic issues.
I felt I received very good care with personal attention. Setting up the appointment was easy. The office staff were pleasant and helpful. Dr Fagelson was knowledgeable and presented options in an easy to understand way.
Dr took the time to ask pertinent questions and give his honest opinion and future plan options.
Entire office stuff was great. Clear on everything from billing to the procedure itself. Dr Fagelson was effective with time as well as explaining what to expect, recovery time, etc. Excellent practice. Would recommend.
My father was diagnosed with prostate cancer, and we put our entire trust in Dr. Fagelson and his office. This was a mistake. Upon prostatectomy, Dr. Fagelson didn't remove enough lymph nodes, and my father ended up developing metastatic cancer. A different doctor told us months later that it is routine to remove more lymph nodes, but Dr. Fagelson did not do this for us. I have only the highest praise for Dr Fagelson and his assistant RN Vivian. Superb professionals both who are also very welcoming and personable. No matter the nature of my appointment, I have always felt that I was in very good hands - indeed, the best of hands.
