It was excellent. Dr. Bruckner is a good listener and explains things very thoroughly.
Dr Bruckner was incredible. He took his time and explain things to me. His bedside manner is excellent. He is honest and upfront. I should have gone to him from the beginning versus having to go for a revision and correction in my hip. By far the best experience I have had with a provider thus far.
6 weeks post op visit. I am pleased with the service and care I received through out the process! I have great confidence in Dr Bruckner… second replacement surgery for me.
I was greeted immediately by the check in desk and waited to be called back to the room. At my appointment time I was called in. Great support staff and felt comfortable. Dr.Bruckner explained everything to me in language I could understand and made a point to make sure I understood everything he said! He was very personable abd I never felt like he was trying to push me I to anything or in a hurry to get me out of the room.
I have turned to Dr. Bruckner three times since 2008 as I struggled with hip and knee dysfunction and pain and ultimately opted for joint replacements. The hip and knee replacements he performed have served me perfectly for years, restoring normal function . I am now scheduled for a third replacement and, once again, have high confidence in the procedures and precautions outlined for me. After my first arthroscopic surgery with Dr. Bruckner 7 years ago, I was amazed with his professionalism from beginning to end. All my pain was gone and it was like I had a new hip. You would just have to see the before and after images to know what an excellent job he did. Well worth the 220 miles we had to travel to see him. Dr. Bruckner is knowledgeable, straightforward and professional. He listens to my concerns and fully explains the diagnosis/prognosis and answers any questions. I sought him out for my current care (having been a patient of his years ago) and would absolutely do so again. I am thankful for him and his expertise and completely trust him with my medical care.
Dr. Bruckner was incredible to work with and really has been a great resource both before & after surgery. Would highly recommend!
I went in expecting one thing but learned quickly it was more thanks to Dr. Bruckner's careful examining and new films that day. I am grateful to be in his care and with his expertise. My wife also had surgery by Dr. Bruckner and has had a great, strong recovery.
