When I bought my car the staff was great. You can tell they have fun at work.
When I made an appointment to get my Cadillac XTS parking brake drag callback repaired, I informed the man that I did not purchase the car at Corlew. I arrived on time and waited for about 45 minutes - no problem. The problem arose when a couple of days later I noticed that the owners manual was missing from the car. I telephoned the service department and asked if they had the manual. The service guy replied, "No, but I'll check around and see." He hung up without asking for my phone number. having a issue with a warranty part. Called the head quarters, they transferred me to a manger at the dealership after hearing my story. The dealership said the part was in. Set up a time to repair for that and oil change and picked it up today and its still not repaired. Poor customer service from just this experience
First time here , getting my car serviced. I just recently moved from D.C, gotta say I really enjoyed my experience here( regardless how much I'm spending in repairs ). My warranty JUST expired this month and needed 900$ in repairs, ( blame the dang city driving )but one of the guys that helped me went ahead and called Chevrolet to see if they would cover some of the cost. Sure enough they did! Just wanted to say thanks again to the guy that went above and beyond!!
Stay away from James corlew Chevrolet service department. They do not honor their work. And do not do what is asked of them. Jamie the service department manager does not even understand what a real leak down test is.. This place left my family stranded because of their crappy work. Do not go to this place unless you expects the worst work done on your vehicle. I had appointment last month but they ran out of parts .and I drove here for the appointment they didn't even call me.and I don't live around the corner.i called twice a week to check if parts came in to be told they would call me still no call I call again to be told parts have been in.really thanks for the call.i come in to be told it will only take 15 min I've been here a hour now and it's still not done.not very good work ethics if u ask me.and guy is rude.
They just got me into my new car thank you guys so much I definitely would recommend them.
