I have been a customer of James Corlew Chevrolet several times in the past and when I decided to purchase a Cadillac I returned to this dealership mainly because I was pleased with the treatment I received in the past, and I am just as pleased with the service I received on this purchase.
I am still waiting for someone to call me back in regards to issue I am having with the StayNu plan we purchased for our 2011 Camaro. Plan covers curb rash on Aluminum Alloy wheels, and StayNu seem to think I have Chrome rims.....I don't! It has been 2 weeks. We own 4 Chevys and a total of 5 GM cars...We are a Chevy Family...I would hate to have to take them all down to the Ford Dealer and trade them in......
Alan Linboom was extremely professional and helpful in all aspects of the sale, with all follow up information as well as helping us with setting up our vehicle. WHEN we come back, Alan will be my salesmen again! Thank you again!

The absolute worst place to take your business. The service manger is disrespectful. We had our truck in there twice. We asked them to fix the alternator, a month later they call to tell me it's just the battery. Put a new battery on it 2 weeks later it's broke down again. My husband just got home from deployment, called Jamie the service manager. He talked to my husband rudely said it only needs a new battery and it's my fault it broke down again.
