I want to thank James Corlew for having a great service department. I had an issue with my truck while driving home from work last week. It was undrivable, so I called the service department and they had a wrecker there to pick it up within thirty minutes. It was ready for me to pick up the very next day. Very friendly and profession. Great experience. I would recommend them to everyone.
Just got told they didn't have time for my husband after he called multiple times about getting an engine for our car.
Never bought from them, but I tow for Wright's, I took a car to the body shop today and they are SO much nicer & helpful than most of the other dealerships I go to. Thank you!

I think they are the worst. still trying to work out a solution ( and only been a customer for 7 days now) but they I keep getting told to go pound rocks. to be fair I am told the car is not a pair of shoe your cant return it - and i'd agree if it had been a long time and for no reason; but it had only been 4 days and the car runs like crap. so a good reason to return it and work with me - exchange it - give me my truck back and start over nope blown off twice now toold I basically don't know how to drive . we will see and I... read more
