Well. My truck2011 Chevy Silverado started acting up, I called James Corlew Chevy And got mr James Corlew Jr. Informed him of my predicament,he told me he'd have a gentleman from the service dept contact me. Within 30 min. A guy called me, set up an appt. went there for apt. Took 20 mins and they had me a loaner truck 2016 Silverado I might add. And was off Thanks to mr James Corlew Jr. And Robert Dufrane in service dept. best experience I have , well, ever experienced...... Thank you both. And the Chevrolet family!

as if chevy couldn't screw us anymore. I called this morning and paid our bill over the phone since my husband wouldn't get off by the time the service department closed at 6. They said they'd leave the key with the people up front and they'd be open till 8. My husband got off work (ft.
