I have got to say. I went to get car serviced and they were very nice. This one gentleman at the front called me by name, I guess he has seen me enough in the past 2 years that he remembers me. Have nothing bad to say about front counter guys. Very friendly.
Well, any car buying experience is pretty much an all day event these days, with all the requirements of paperwork, banks, lenders, proof of this, proof of that, and on and on...but any time that the sales folks and managers take time to sit with you and truly LISTEN to you and HEAR you, and what you NEED....not just what you WANT, then it makes the experience an entirely unique experience.
