So my air conditioning went out on my truck and i called the dealer i bought it from last Thurs they couldnt even look at it until yesterday (7/5/17 ) and also didnt have a loaner vehicle for me. So i called james corlew monday 7/3/17 and they had a loaner when i got there and had me back up and running in 2 days. Josh Odle in service and James West in parts are the best. Thanks guys you will have my business from here on out!

Apparently these people don't need to sell any cars. I called 2 days in a row asking the best price of one of their vehicles, no one ever called me back. Guess they don't want my business.
Now if you want a great buying experience, then find a guy named Paul.. He is not only honest, fair, and trustworthy... He is a fellow wounded warrior/ vet. He will do what ever it takes to make sure that the customer receives the best experience possible.
Michael Miller is not only a great salesman, but a great and honest person all around! It was a privilege to work with him on buying a car! When it comes time for another vehicle, I will definitely be going straight to him!
Bought my truck less than a month ago and have had nothing but issues. First day I drove it off the lot the brake caliper was locked up and started smoking terribly. They were nice enough to fix it because it was a used vehicle. I have had issues with the ac and the truck has a terrible "death wobble" which will be over 500 dollars to fix. They only gave me one key which is not the master key so some settings are locked. 250 dollars for an admin key. Just overall disappointed. Totally ripped off a trusting inexperienced active duty service member in the sale of a used car in several ways. Plus, they advertise a military discount but never delivered and knew this was a 19 year old service member. They overcharged by a large amount, added unnecessary fees/expenses, 19.49% interest, and more. When it's all done, this soldier will pay a total of $31,000 on a car worth $11,000.
Very nice place to do business with. I tried 3 other dealerships that give me the run around on working on a new GM crate engine and these guys stepped up to the plate with a hassle free experience. Highly recommend the service department. They seem to do what others can't. Keep up the good work and thanks for your service.
I want to thank Jarren Miller for helping me get the car that I wanted. Jarren was awesome, patient, and very professional. He answered all my questions and helped ease my stress level by making the process very simple. This is my second car that I have purchased from them and would continue to purchase from them.
