Service was horrible. I came to get my lights serviced and was given the run around. Finally when the service department agreed to replace my headlights it took a month for them to do it. I had to call several times and inquire about it for the long wait period for them actually care about fixing my vehicle. Worst service job ever.
They've been very good to me since I moved up here. Their service prices are more expensive than Payne Chevrolet down in Springfield, but everyone here is still really nice and they know what they are doing.
Derrick Tillman in the used cars sales was the best salesman I've ever had the pleasure of working with when shopping for a car! He worked hard to ensure that we were happy and got what we wanted within our price range. He researched talked to partners and found the perfect car for us and we couldn't be happier! I bought a Silverado 1500 today from Alex and it was a good buying experience. He was friendly and delivered exactly what I asked for. I hold on to vehicles for a long time but when I do buy again I will definitely go back to them first.
I had a lovely experience with Lacee Hastings. Traded in my 2013 Equinox and drove off with my 2015 Equinox. She made sure to fulfill my needs with what I expected and I can't complain especially since my payments stayed the same! Definitely recommend anyone to Lacee. She made my buying easy as pie.

You can not beat the service here. I was taken very well care of by Alex Alvord as my salesman and management . He was always very quick to respond and stayed on top of things making sure I was taken care of. He even came in on his day off to make sure the deal went through, thanks for everything!
