They are usually fast and nice BUT I took my vehicle to get an oil change last week and the woman said I needed brakes next month. She said they weren’t horrible but needed to be done fairly soon. Well the next day whenever I hit the brakes my car and making a clunking sound that i hadn’t really heard before. I took my car to All American Tire (they’re awesome) and they found that my brakes were SHOT. They needed done immediately.... not sure how James Corlew missed that seeing how they took a look at them?
Jarren Miller was our sales professional today, and helped us with anything and everything we needed! We are driving off the lot today with a 2012 Chevy and couldn’t be happier. I’m sure that we will be returning customers when I get another vehicle!
Aaron is very nice. He displays a high level of professionalism. He took care of the issue. The lady that works the customer service desk for the body shop is rude. She said, "You should have called first everyone is at lunch." It was after 1 p.m. and my husband called. She also said. "They didn't do anything to cause the service light to come on because they only fixed the bumper." She was incorrect and needs a class on customer service. She doesn't seem to like her job too much. I felt as if my presence irritated her.
Carlene Townsend did an outstanding job helping me find a new-to-me vehicle. The process was seamless thanks to her!
Well, I bought a used Silverado there last week. It wasn't a perfect experience but it wasn't a horrible one either. There was some communication issues and some time management issues, but after several phone calls from them today to try to make things right with me I have changed my review from a 3 star to a 4 star. I wouldn't be scared to go back to James corlew Chevrolet in the future.
