All of the employees thay work in the cancer hospital because everyone was so nice i would recommend them to anyone who has cancer.
Don't risk your family's life. Go somewhere else. Try Cleveland Clinic or Mayo. Its worth the drive to save their life. Too many issues with the James to list. There is not one good thing I can say about this experience. Horrible. Please trust me on this and save your loved ones life.
There's no other place to be when you get the "C" diagnosis. Everyone, from the front desk, the nurses & doctors even the volunteer handing out snacks couldn't be More friendlier. I especially appreciate how the dr's listen to ideas or suggestions on alternatives to my treatment. It makes me feel like I have a say in this journey.

They have great staff and the most caring in the patients and other family members
the nursing staff in neurosurgery was not good. I had just been transferred over from mt Carmel east. and trultv hate to say this...they treated my hubby and me in the rooms far better over there. I came from there from a staff referral. I would never tell her this she would be mortified.she is extremely proud of the James and all the work you guys do
