Great staff! Everyone I met and had to deal with was great and so far every visit has been the same and with all my upcoming appointments I’m actually not to worried because I know the staff is awesome.
my husband has base of the tongue cancer and they have saved his life with 8ntensive treatment (chemi & radiation) . they have been wonderful to him and he got real sick with a 11 day hospital stay and if ypu have to hang around a hospital this was real nice. they were great to my hubby and they had good cafes to eat at and a harp player come in and right by the osu stadium and their was a osu lobby. very nice and caring staff. i highly recommend. he still has to go but they are just wonderful. Dr.Aglawar and my whole team were absolutely amazing for my stay there for my throat cancer surgery. I would highly recommend the james to anyone hope you never need them but they are amazing if you ever do.

I'm being treated for a brain tumor at the Brain and Spine Hospital. OSU and the James provide the absolute best in cancer specialized care. Dr. Gonzalez is my neuro-oncologist. Great personality and bedside manner, genuinely cares for his patients. He is very diligent and any changes in my MRI scans do not go unnoticed. My family and I are so grateful to his team for their hard work. Dr. Lonser is my neurosurgeon and has done all 3 of my surgeries. He's amazing and incredibly good at what he does. I am so disappointed by the doctors in charge of caring for my father. We have to badger the doctors to get any kind of answers as to what is going on-what the next step is-what’s the prognosis..and we still don’t get full answers. My dad’s last surgery was June 19, they used a dirty scope on him in the OR, and he’s been super sick since then. He’s lost over 30 pounds since that date.
